India pale ale

Our IPA is a bitter beer for hop-lovers. We add hops throughout the boil, then during and after fermentation. Each batch of our IPA uses different hops from a rotating selection of small, independent hop farmers so you can taste the regional differences from farms around the world.

We’ve included stats for each batch below:

• Batch 1: Prairie Mountain Hops, Boissevain, Manitoba

  • 70 IBU, 17g/L of hops (Chinook, Comet & Brewer’s Gold), 6.7% alc/vol.
